740 Fulton, located in the West Loop neighborhood, is a 14-story high-rise condominium building with "soft-loft" and luxury penthouse units. The building is perched on the side of a hill and is first viewed as Hubbard's Cave opens up. With 25' of grade change, the site is both dramatic and complicated. Completed in 2005, it is constructed of cast-in-place concrete with floor-to-ceiling glass. Amenities include private balconies or terraces, fitness and business centers, resident storage, bike storage, and reserved parking.
