CALIFORNIA ARMENIAN HOME CAMPUS EXPANSION

California Armenian Home sought to expand its existing campus. Original to the campus were a skilled nursing facility, a community gathering building, and a large central park, which hosted large Armenian community events. The expansion included AL/IL and MC buildings, three phases of villas, a surface parking lot for large public events, and a gatehouse. Future phases accommodate a separate AL building, additional villas, and various outdoor activity areas.
