Currently a brownfield site, the City of South San Francisco identified it as a high priority location. The development was required to have density and scale (2 & 3 stories) similar to the surrounding neighborhood. The two unit types range in size from 1,206 s.f. to 1,640 s.f. and were intended to be cost-effective and efficient. The modern aesthetic draws on the commercial and residential buildings in the neighborhood.
